Sally's Dressage Horses

Dauphin Des Sarts

Jeremy in France 2010

'Jeremy'

17.3hh Dark Bay Gelding
Sire: Arlequin des Sarts (Selle Francais)
Dam: Just One Night (Standard Bred)

Competing International Small Tour Level
(PSG-Int I)

Jeremy has been competing Internationally for the last 4 years. Stadl Paura CDI in Austria in 2009, Pompadour CDI and Vierzon CDI in France and Hickstead in 2010 and Vidauban CDI for 2 weeks March 2012. He has also qualified for Regionals and Nationals from Advanced Medium - Inter 1 for the past 5 years. Jeremy is a gentle giant and a grumpy old man, but will always be Sally's favourite!

Camillus

Colin and Suzie

'Colin'

4yr old KWPN Bright Bay gelding
Sire - Veron by Quite Easy (Quidam de Revel)
Dam Sire - Silverstone by Champion du Lys

Colin was the result of a trip to Jan Brouwers yard in Holland with Sally's trainer Rhett Bird. Colin is from famous jumping stock making him very athletic with a very active hind leg. Colin arrived at the beginning of November 2011 and has settled in very well and is working nicely in the school. Colin is already showing a very cuddly character who enjoys being pampered which stands him in good sted for the life of a dressage horse! The plan is for Suzie to start competing him in the Spring and Sally hopefully do Young classes with him later in the summer.

STEVE
Owned by Sally and Matthew Bell
16.3hh 9years bay gelding by Finley M x Consul
Advanced Medium

Steve is the newest memeber of the team joining Kingfisher in May 2012. He has a great record already with many wins at Medium and Advanced Medium including placings at Regional Championships. Sally is hoping to compete Steve at Advanced Medium this summer and aiming for Small Tour in 2013. He has such a kind gentle temperament and is easily forward and light to ride, so is a big hit with Sally already!

'Valley'

15.2hh grey mare
Owned by Diana Porter and Sponsored by Classic Canes
Sire: De Beer (Danish WB)
Dam: Music Festival (TB)

Competing Advanced Medium / Advanced

Valley has only been ridden by Sally since May 2010 and has managed to qualify for Summer and Winter Regionals 2010/2011 at Medium and Advanced Medium and also Music at both levels in this short time. Spring 2011 they qualified for the Nationals at Medium Music. They qualified for the winter regionals for 2012. Valley has a great attitude to her work making her very trainable. She is now been at livery at Kingfisher full time since September and will hopefully go PSG later this year and join Jeremy next year going to the Premier League Shows.

The Fillies

Hillgrounds Movinda & Hillgrounds Wishinka

'Marilyn' & 'Margot'

Marilyn is a bay filly born 21.5.10
Sire: T Movistar (by Jazz)
Dam: Polinda (by Don Primaire)

Margot is a chestnut filly born 28.5.10
Sire: Wish Upon a Star (by Gribaldi)
Dam: Liberty Song (by Donnersong)

Both fillies are owned by Diana Porter and bred by Clare Skinner at 'Hillgrounds' near Honiton in Devon. They already both have great movement and presence so are very exciting dressage prospects for the future.

We aim to take Marilyn and Margot to the BEF Futurity in 2012 as 2 yr olds.
