Kingfisher Barn, Terms and conditions

A deposit of 100.00 per week is payable at time of booking, with the balance payable one month before occupancy.

Rentals are from Friday to Friday
Arrival time from 4pm, departure by 10am.

Price incudes electricity, heating, towels and all linen (duvets).

Cancellation:
The deposit is non refundable.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please contact us, in writing, as soon as possiple. We will then try to re-let the property for the period you booked if we succeed we will refund all monies.

Dogs.
Small dogs are welcome
Surcharge 20.00 each per week.
Kingfiher Farm is an Equestrian property
so please keep dogs under control at all times
